The Challenge
Before working with Targo, Gaurav Toshniwal had a strong technical product in Sherlocks.ai and deep experience across AI infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE, but his LinkedIn presence needed a clearer content system. The account had room to grow beyond a modest baseline, and the content needed to better translate product learning, founder experiences, and engineering insights into posts that could attract the right technical audience.
As the engagement developed, the challenge became more specific. Some content formats started feeling repetitive, engagement declined, and inbound lead flow was not yet where it needed to be. Gaurav also needed space to focus on product re-architecture, sales discovery, and improving Sherlocks.ai’s readiness for scale while keeping his market presence active.

The strategy moved beyond product announcements and repetitive clips, focusing instead on personal founder stories, event recaps, CTO conversations, engineering insights, and practical lead-magnet ideas.
The work also supported Gaurav’s broader go-to-market pivot. As Sherlocks.ai paused paid onboarding to complete a critical re-architecture, the content strategy was adjusted to keep the market warm, explain product learning, and build trust with technical buyers. We also helped shift the messaging from simply pitching features to educating the market around problems, debugging workflows, and the operational pain points Sherlocks.ai was built to solve.
The Result
Over 9 months, Gaurav’s LinkedIn presence moved from early-stage to established. His profile crossed 10,000 organic followers, reaching 10,168 total followers by May 9, 2026, while the content generated 465,537 impressions during the report period and reached 194,297 unique LinkedIn members across the full year.
