The Challenge
Before working with Targo, Alina Jo Suedi had strong founder credibility, valuable company stories, and timely PR opportunities for Kollektif, but needed a more consistent system to turn those assets into LinkedIn content. The opportunity was not just to post more often, but to turn studio updates, press moments, client work, short-form videos, and campaign ideas into content that felt strategic, timely, and platform-native.
Alina also needed a smoother workflow for creating content around holidays, PR coverage, and campaign launches without adding unnecessary friction to her schedule. The goal was to build visibility while keeping quality, timing, and approvals under control.

The Solution
We built a founder-led content strategy around Alina’s voice, Kollektif’s company story, and timely moments that could create audience engagement. The work included LinkedIn ghostwriting, campaign ideation, short-form video scripting, holiday content planning, and PR-led content sequencing.
The strategy focused on making Alina’s content easier to produce and more relevant to the audience. We helped turn studio life, student stories, merch, client work, Business Insider coverage, and campaign concepts into social content that could build visibility and support inbound attention. We also introduced campaign ideas such as a “wrapped” series to create more taggable, high-engagement posts around dream brands, creators, and target partners

From late November 2025 through February 2026, Alina’s LinkedIn presence developed into a stronger, more consistent authority channel. The content generated 46,722 total impressions, 1,153 engagements, and 518 targeted new followers, bringing her follower base to 2,186.
The growth was also audience-relevant. The content attracted founders, co-founders, CEOs, senior leaders, directors, CXOs, and owners, with strong penetration in the Greater Toronto Area, London, and key technology, software, and financial services audiences.
