The Challenge
Before working with us, Adam Conrad had a strong point of view on the recruiting industry and the mission behind Great Recruiters, but needed a consistent system to turn that thinking into visible thought leadership. His message was clear: recruiting becomes broken when it turns transactional, and the best recruiters win through trust, reputation, and long-term relationships.
The opportunity was to translate that philosophy into LinkedIn content that could reach recruiters, staffing leaders, founders, CEOs, and decision-makers while still sounding authentic to Adam’s voice. The content also needed to support Great Recruiters’ positioning as “the recruiter’s best friend” by showing how recruiters can prove value, capture wins, and build credibility between placements.
LinkedIn content needed to consistently communicate Adam’s industry point of view
Great Recruiters needed stronger founder-led positioning around trust and reputation
Content creation needed to happen without adding operational burden to Adam’s team
The strategy needed to reach staffing, recruiting, and senior decision-maker audiences
The Solution
We built a structured LinkedIn content system around Adam’s recruiting philosophy, leadership beliefs, and the Great Recruiters mission. The work included interview-derived post drafts, a review-and-approval workflow, short-form video guidance, visual content support, and messaging that positioned Great Recruiters as an advocate for recruiters rather than just another staffing technology platform.
The strategy focused on turning Adam’s ideas into posts that were practical, human, and commercially relevant. We emphasized trust-building, recruiter reputation, relationship-driven hiring, AI’s role in recruiting, candidate experience, leadership lessons, and content that could invite comments, DMs, referrals, and broader industry conversations.
